SLAs are service-level agreements—a jargon-y way of saying how much lead time a team or channel needs to produce or approve work. This template provides an organized structure for documenting various marketing team’s SLAs—so you can incorporate or embed them into your The Ultimate Campaign Playbook and campaign briefs, like I did at Notion.

It’s a simple way to get cross-functional teams to agree on or commit to clearer timelines and expectations, reducing the need to clarify that later. Update the SLA and Requests columns to your own—these examples are included as a benchmark but not necessarily a recommendation, as every team operates a little differently.
